Around month three, on a moderate then higher amount, that was the roughest stretch for nausea and constipation, and the nausea also triggered heart palpitations through nerve irritation. After about half a year things improved, but since no weight had come off at the higher amount, moving up further became necessary. Stomach issues cleared up at that point, but severe fatigue and a near-total loss of drive and ambition showed up instead, which led to dropping back down a level. These days progress is very slow, roughly a small amount monthly, but there are no side effects at all anymore.
Turns out this is a case of a moderate-to-low responder for weight loss, but genuinely oversensitive to whatever side effects show up.
