GLP-1 kicking my butt...

i log every dose, date, side effects, weight, and dose changes in a txt file so i can track everything and find patterns again.
 
food noise is way harder than hunger for me. solved it by lowering dose but dosing more often — needs vials though, pens don't work for that. 2.5 works for many but technically it's not even therapeutic. try 5mg first to see if the noise keeps going.
 
dropped 43% of my body weight, down the last 10 lbs now. 225 to 128 in about 20 months, slow and steady. had to restart a couple times because my body doesn't handle big jumps. still under 5mg, moving up 5-10 units a month. weight loss slowed like expected but i'm pretty sure i'll hit my goal.
 
Got 10mg lyophilized powder. Trying to figure out: reconstitute with 1ml back water then mix into 30ml hyaluronic acid serum? Or use raw powder? Is that even enough concentration? Can I stack it with another compound? Anyone have experience with this that could save me from wasting it?
 
Side effects showing up well past the initial adjustment window at a stable dose is unusual - late-onset symptoms warrant a closer look. Have you changed anything else recently, diet, other medications, supplements, that might be adding to it? The medication itself shouldn't be getting harder to tolerate after you've already been on it this long.
