I'm 45 and 55 lbs down, and I do look a bit older than before. My upper lids seem to sag very slightly and the bags under my eyes show up worse than they did while I was heavier. Some relatives have equally bad bags and were never fat, and my thin grandmother once had her upper lids fixed since they were starting to block her sight. Still, I'm way better looking now than when I was heavy, so it doesn't worry me much. I lost 55 lbs in under a year, so my skin surely hasn't finished adjusting. If it never does, I'll cry into my pillow in a white two-piece, hugging my new figure, and start saving for eyelid surgery. Ozempic-face sounds overblown to me, mostly a wish that nobody should get thin without paying for it.
