Is zinc included in your multivitamin formula? Like I mentioned, zinc should accompany any supplement containing copper. I'm taking KLOW plus an extra zinc supplement and daily vitamins for two months straight now. Haven't gone blue. Probably copper is in there somewhere, I'd need to check the label.

Check the blood levels on Reandron—53-day half-life, 1000mg every 90 days, and the swings are brutal. You're bouncing from 1500s to 400-500 over a year. Monthly 333mg makes way more sense.
