Congrats on where you're at - slow is honestly healthier than rushing it. We don't always notice how tight our clothes got before starting, forgetting you're supposed to actually breathe in them. Then the weight comes off and you relearn what clothes fitting right even feels like. I figure my body worked on the inside first, and the outside changes followed after. I've got a pair of pants I hadn't worn in ages that fit again now, though they're not technically smaller, they were just always too tight. Fifteen pounds down so far, and the biggest change wasn't about clothes at all, just a lot less urine leakage and an easier time walking. Took a long time putting this weight on, so I'm not expecting it gone quickly either. Happy with any progress - the scale's still how I track it for now.
