If you don't like how things are run, handle them the way you'd prefer - that's how you shape culture. Can't come to someone's house, trash their furniture and guests, eat their food, then wonder why you come off wrong. You mean well but rethink the approach.
 
Do your own research before jumping on trends. There's legit studies about high IGF levels and lifespan - just make sure you verify before trying anything.
 
Down here in the South, my stuff probably baked in warehouses and trucks before landing in my freezer. wouldn't call it a safety issue myself, but everyone's risk calc is different. I'd hang onto it rather than chuck it based on guesses though.
 
201 when i started, now 174. feeling solid. been 2.5 up to 5 up to 6. thinking stay here or jump to 7.5? only thing is period's long — 4 weeks now — and some fatigue but no food noise and full fast, which is good.
 
220 to 163 is visible and real regardless of what the mirror shows right now. The connective tissue angle in the Netherlands context is interesting - EDS and hypermobility presentations are genuinely overrepresented there, and some peptide data on collagen synthesis suggests a potential link worth tracking, though GLP-1 research in that space is sparse.
