Don't be mean, please!

If you don't like how things are run, handle them the way you'd prefer - that's how you shape culture. Can't come to someone's house, trash their furniture and guests, eat their food, then wonder why you come off wrong. You mean well but rethink the approach.

Do your own research before jumping on trends. There's legit studies about high IGF levels and lifespan - just make sure you verify before trying anything.

Down here in the South, my stuff probably baked in warehouses and trucks before landing in my freezer. wouldn't call it a safety issue myself, but everyone's risk calc is different. I'd hang onto it rather than chuck it based on guesses though.

201 when i started, now 174. feeling solid. been 2.5 up to 5 up to 6. thinking stay here or jump to 7.5? only thing is period's long — 4 weeks now — and some fatigue but no food noise and full fast, which is good.

220 to 163 is visible and real regardless of what the mirror shows right now. The connective tissue angle in the Netherlands context is interesting - EDS and hypermobility presentations are genuinely overrepresented there, and some peptide data on collagen synthesis suggests a potential link worth tracking, though GLP-1 research in that space is sparse.

220 to 161 on the lowest dose is a strong argument for not chasing higher doses - staying effective at the minimum means less side effect exposure and more room to hold the result long-term.

The holding pattern on wardrobe spend when there's still 40 to go is practical but the Goodwill strategy is genuinely smart - sizes that fit right now for almost nothing, and you get to donate them again when they're too big. 75 down already means you'll be doing that donation run sooner than you think.

Your amount sits below what's typically recommended at this stage. Not drastically, but it makes me curious what your titration path has looked like? Also wondering whether you've tracked measurements anywhere on your body? Could be the number on the scale isn't moving while inches quietly are. Or your composition's shifting, fat for muscle.

Four months into 2.5 now, trying not to stress since the changes I'm noticing seem tied more to overall bodily sensation than to whatever the scale reports. That said, I have noticed my clothes sitting a bit different, midsection trimming down slightly. Next box coming is 5mg though, since the numerical loss hasn't been much, and I'm planning to tighten up my diet and exercise alongside the higher amount, hoping that combo finally shows real movement on the scale soon.

In for the info. Only started a couple days back so nothing to add yet. Was actually expecting the reverse to happen honestly, feeling more into your own body, more confident. New around here, but genuinely considered starting a thread asking how much extra size people gained in certain areas.

Tip: be patient, it will show eventually. Heavier starting points and taller frames both delay when the change becomes obvious. It took losing 50lbs before I, at 5'8, noticed anything clear.

Other people's doubts aren't yours to carry. Strangers aren't you, and nobody outranks your own provider and yourself here. Craving a frank opinion? Ask someone who knows you well and will be considerate, for me that's my sister. Let others' opinions roll off and avoid replying when possible. They judge from their own bias, maybe struggling to adjust to how you look now. If you're healthy and happy, that's what counts. Real friends cheer you on and give advice WHEN ASKED. Ignore unsolicited criticism and trust your own judgment. Big physical changes are the point, and no reason to regret this. My own dose stays at 2.5 mg, with shots stretched further apart so I hold steady and keep the drug's metabolic benefits. Congrats on your amazing success!

Geeky_Babe392 Hey, our numbers are close. I'm 26F as well and the same height as you, 21 weeks into MJ (start weight 101kgs, now 85.9kgs), 15kgs lost. Well done on the loss btw! Not seeing a huge difference in appearance is so valid, I'm 15kgs down and can't see any diff either, that's only our perception at fault. My trousers plus shirts feel much looser, so if you're not comfy taking comparison photos I suggest taking measurements. I'd also suggest staying on 5mg if food suppression is good, because at 7.5mg you're more likely to get intense suppression, meaning very low calorie intake, inability to get nutrients and intense tiredness. What's the point of going up when 5mg does the job? PS: I moved to 7.5mg 2 months ago because my doc suggested it and I casually said 'why not'.
