Anyone else feel like it's cheating?

The lower-dose plus resistance work combination for muscle recomposition at goal weight is the right approach - GLP-1 maintained at maintenance dosing preserves appetite regulation while allowing the calorie adjustment needed for muscle building. Protein target at this stage should be higher...

Reta: How bad could it REALLY be?

What's your experience with it? I use GHK topically on my face and it honestly works better than Retin-A, but face is all I care about. Always figured systemically would be pointless—curious what you think.

    Mental boost on GLP-1s? Anyone?

started 1.5, week 2-3 bumped to 2, week 4 going to 3. down 4kg so far but mild headaches sometimes. eating clean, no sugar, tons of water. not sure what's causing them.

WTF are we gonna use for bac water now?

Screenshotting google AI results isn't research—language models just repeat reddit threads back at you, even with good prompts. I know what NAD is and what it does in my body. Matches every description I've read and feels like niacin.

Tirz mixing - help a girl out?

After my break I found 5mg Tirz was enough to manage things. The hunger came back fast, and honestly I don't want to fight that every single day. Most of us end up needing something to maintain.

Anyone else get grossed out by food on sema?

CICO is correct for explaining results after the fact but not that useful for actually losing weight. never needed to know what a calorie was to figure out eating less = weight loss, that's obvious. problem is CICO makes people think food choice doesn't matter when it absolutely does.

Oops, made a GLP-1 food mistake!

Started increases quick after my last dose when sides cleared. Day 21 I waited until 23 to dose again, then climbed slowly with rule of no more than 50% increase per week at low doses, 10% max once sides show.

5 Months In - Feeling Great!

Built slow at 0.25 for three months, year later I'm at 0.75 by pen clicks. Weight loss was slower than others' but helped my skin and overall health. If you don't need big loss, slow and steady's best. Felt like nothing sometimes, hormone spikes derailed me, but looking back: 30lbs in a year.

    Slow progress buddies?

That's actually above average, so you're doing great! A slower rate is healthier anyway (less hair loss and muscle loss).

Starting Ozempic - First Week Thoughts

That's interesting! I've always had random cravings and never knew why. I'll check into PCOS as a possible culprit!

Sema for just 20-30 lbs to lose?

Yes! I had weight loss surgery in 2022, which was successful, but I did have a little regain. So, I started sema in late 2024 and easily lost the regained weight.

Starting Ozempic - First Week Thoughts

The nail biting and wanting less alcohol is actually super common. GLP-1s affect the same reward pathways that drive compulsive behaviors, not just hunger. So yeah, all of that can quiet down together. Day 3 crashing after those magical first days is really typical. It's not the drug stopping...
