    GLP-1 Meds & Our TRT?

We all know that once companies have an excuse to raise prices, they will! https://www.businessinsider.com/XXXXX-tariffs-dynamic-pricing-inflation-costs-china-trade-2025-4

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

I think the slower you lose the weight, the more likely you are to keep it off afterwards.

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

I use Ozempic for a month, stop for 2 months, then go back on for another month. I've found that if I gain any weight back, it comes off quickly, and I never really hit a plateau that way.

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

I always considered a few pounds up or down to be pretty stable... until the inevitable plateau hits! Then the same thing happens again. My current "stable" weight is 185 after bouncing around 195 for the last month or so. Plateaus are the worst! lol.

Tips for upping my sema dose?

First off, major congratulations, you look absolutely terrific and I anticipate you'll look even more stunning in the future. That's pretty wild that you've already shed about 20 pounds in approximately 3 weeks of using semaglutide. Maybe your long-term maintenance dose will only be 0.5, which...

    Cagrisema - anyone want it?

Sure thing! I saw some discussion about it on a bodybuilding forum, specifically in relation to using it as a replacement for, uh, *other* fat-loss compounds. I'm not going to get into specifics because that's not really what this forum is about, but it's out there if you look for it.

    Cagrisema - anyone want it?

Interesting combo. I've been reading about SLU-PP-332 which is also a GLP-1 agonist. Seems like there's a lot of research happening in this area. I wonder how cagrisema compares to that?

    Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

It's an add-on to get around FDA rules on compounding. Carnitine is just a supplement - Red Bull has it. Mixing it in overcomplicates dosing math and increases injury risk from confusion.

    BMI finally in normal range!

I think many of us walk the same path here. Like you, I went through the same reasoning loop. Each goal we hit sparks a new one. Reaching a regular weight range, which is different for everyone anyway, just leads to fresh targets - body comp percentage, strength gains, whatever. Every person's...

    PCOS weight loss win!

Five pounds weekly at the start isn't extreme for someone running that far over normal range. That's only a pound above the standard 1-4 lb target. Raw likely won't keep that pace anyway, which is probably fine.

Almost a year on Oz - my story!

I'm about 18 weeks in, and my starting weight was around 275lbs. Currently, I'm at 231lbs, so I've lost about 44lbs so far. My goal is 168lbs, and I can't wait to get there!

Tirz vial - How long is too long?

I'm currently using a 17.2mg Tirz, dosing 1.9 mg/week. That's about 9 weeks per vial. Everyone has different comfort levels with risk, but here's my reasoning. I have medical training and know how to use sterile techniques. I'm the only one handling the vial, and it's only punctured once a week...

    Semaglutide for weight loss? Anyone?

Dropping weight often helps with sleep apnea since it's connected to obesity. Losing pounds could unlock a bunch of health gains besides the breathing stuff.
