    That's amazing progress, Hank_2002! Huge congrats to you! Dropping 127lb in just over 6 months is incredible. You must feel fantastic! And the clothing size change... awesome! What dosage are you on currently, if you don’t mind me asking? I'm starting month 3, increasing to 7.5mg. Scale hasn't...

    Crushing it: 308lbs -> 220lbs!

    Wow, how tall are you? You look amazing! I can't imagine carrying that much weight on my frame! As a petite woman, I'm envious. Amazing job! It really IS wild how these meds work. I've lost 84lbs/38kg in about 10 months, so a similar rate. Not at my goal yet!

    Lost 40+ lbs! My GLP-1 Story

    I've been dealing with some annoying side effects, but it's good to hear that they can fade over time. I read one person online saying they DIY'd their fiber intake for like half a year. Fiber-rich food at home is the best way to manage it, I think!

    Lost 40+ lbs! My GLP-1 Story

    The fact that you eat so much fiber-rich and protein-packed food is one of the biggest reasons your cravings for junk food have disappeared! Great job! ❤️

    NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

    I added MOTS-c but didn't run SS-31 first. I ran MOTS-c for only a month and backed off because it drained me. If that happens, you're supposed to do SS-31 first. So that's what I'm doing as soon as I buy it. I hoped NAD+ was enough repair that I didn't need SS-31, but nope. Restarting with SS31.

    NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

    NAD+ injection is terrific. NAD+ was the biggest improvement, for me anyway, of everything I've tried. I'm 60, have Hashimoto's, and survived septic shock. I was on lots of meds, which led to inflammation, weight gain, fatigue, and brain fog. My NAD levels were probably bottoming out. I started...

    NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

    Napping off a stimulant sounds like ADHD. Maybe that's a possibility for you? What's tmg?

    NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

    Wait... they test other brands, all junk, but they conveniently have the perfect solution for $$$? Sounds a little suspect.

    NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

    I've been using NAD+ since being on tirz and I can’t say I've noticed much of anything substantial. When I first started, maybe there was a slight effect, but I think it was because I wanted to see one (placebo). I still take it 3 times weekly at 100mg, but not sure it does much. I'm planning to...

    Sun sensitivity on this stuff?

    For those experiencing slow loss near their goal, remember that these meds are tools, not magic. Adjusting your diet and exercise becomes even more critical as you get closer to your ideal weight. Listen to your body and work with your doctor to find the right balance.
