Hair falling out on Zepbound :(

I'm sorry to hear about this. What's your hair type? I have 4c hair and I started using rosemary and cloves water spray when I noticed a bit more shedding. Didn't lose any more hair but in fact, it grew and became much thicker.

1 year down, half a hundo gone! 🙌

Freezer bags, desiccant packs, insulated storage would knock out half your worries. Probably excessive and not needed but if it gives peace of mind, none are pricey. By the time you're prepared for apocalypse-level peptide preservation, obesity probably isn't the concern anymore.

    Lost 80lbs this year!

Started at 0.5 and hit a plateau after 12 months, so bumped to 0.75. The weight came off slowly but steadily after that. For me the real win is having actual appetite control now.

    Stacking Reta and Tirz??

Why would you combine a peptide hitting GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon receptors with another that targets GLP-1 + GIP? Seems like a recipe for more side effects. Maybe just up your Reta dose?

Hair falling out on Zepbound :(

Sounds like telogen effluvium. When you diet heavily, your hair follicles can go dormant. You still have the hair at this point. Once your body gets used to it, or weight loss slows, the follicles start growing again. Except, new hairs grow instead of keeping the old ones, so eventually the old...

    Restarting at the Lowest Dose?!

Yes, makes sense to find your minimal dose that keeps you steady.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

I think I trust Novo Nordisk more than some guy who claims to know everything about peptides. But yeah, use AA to bring it down to about 4. With just BAC, you'll probably end up around 6 or even 7, so a little AA should get you to 4-ish.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

Ensure the pH is between 3.5 and 4.5. I'm sorry if I come off as a pain, but high pH levels can be unstable and dangerous. There's some Acetic Acid 0.6% 10ml available for $12.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

You should add AA to that. It's not only for extending the vial's life but also for avoiding the possible dangers of using the incorrect pH. https://onthepen.substack.com/p/its-not-just-powder-and-water-the I'm sure there are a lot more scientific explanations for it, but that video explains a...

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

Be extremely careful with cagri. It must be reconstituted with acetic acid (1:1 with BAC) to reduce the pH to 3.5-4.5. Be sure to read up on manufacturer recommendations and the hazards of higher pH levels.

    Down 50+ pounds!

That's amazing, Misty_Mountains_77! So, now that you've reached your goals, are you on a maintenance dose, or have you stopped taking the medication entirely?

    Down 50+ pounds!

Congrats! These GLP-1 meds are wild. I've been on one for a little over two months, and I've already lost more weight than after my Gastric Bypass and revision surgeries because it's addressing the hormonal issues that surgery didn't. It's like my skin is sagging in new places – totally...

    GLP-1 bloodwork deets?

Some docs would treat that thyroid, honestly. Your T4 is kinda low, so your T3 is probably also not great. If you're using a GLP1 to drop pounds, you might wanna chat with your doc and see if they'd consider addressing it.
