    Crushing it on the scale!

I'm so close to being under 200 again! Only about a dozen pounds to go. Can't wait. It's been... wow, since 2012 maybe? Briefly? And before that, like, '95? Slow and steady wins the race I guess. I'm down about 20 pounds in 16 weeks! My goal weight is 180... I'm 5'10" and pretty solid. SW was 242.

Pep talk needed! Side effects hitting hard

I am wondering if maybe the fatigue could be related to not eating enough? I know the meds suppress your appetite, but you still need fuel!

Pep talk needed! Side effects hitting hard

I'm also on week two. I felt okay, nothing major. But this second dose is rough – nausea, muscle tightness and pain, nerve pain (apparently it's common), plus some cold intolerance and fatigue. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard. If your side effects worry you or are more than you can...

Pep talk needed! Side effects hitting hard

Sounds weird, but maybe it will help... I took all my data and doctor's advice and made a little chatbot using ChatGPT, my own personal side effect helper. I chat with it whenever I have strange effects. It's helped me navigate the weirdness by offering some insights. Plus, it gives me food...

    Tirz stability after mixing?

Someone just posted an open invite to Peppys on this site a couple of days ago. Open invites are rare. I checked with GK to make sure it was real and she said she would leave it open until a certain number of new users joined. She didn't say how many though.

GLP-1 shortage updates & what now

Thank you for laying this out so clearly. As someone who started during the shortage chaos, this helps a lot. If I was on 7.5 mg tirzepatide, stopped for 3 weeks because I couldn't get it, and felt fine on that dose before… would restarting at 5 mg be the usual move? Or all the way back to 2.5...

    Teso ain't for me?

I'm on bupropion and I get warned every time I mention trying Teso. So, my turn: don't do it! Seriously!

    Teso ain't for me?

Thanks for the post. I'm also on 150mg of bupropion and was thinking about trying teso for those long overtime shifts at my job. Now I'll just stick with the one bottle I have and start with even smaller doses.

    Amopure R10 arrived! Now what?

Did you get your batch tested? Side effects? I heard it's underdosed. Is that true?

    Amopure R10 arrived! Now what?

Curious to hear about your experience. Isn't the deep freeze shelf life about 2 years?

    Amopure R10 arrived! Now what?

Check for previous GB offers. Buying in a group always has advantages; it's the best way to order. If you're interested in a particular GB, ask for details here.

    Amopure R10 arrived! Now what?

The lab tests everything they get. Usually, it's 1-4 vials. In a group buy (GB), everyone buys from the same lot, so testing results from others are almost like testing your own. How it's done depends on the GB. Sometimes the vendor reimburses customers to send vials for testing and pays the...

    Amopure R10 arrived! Now what?

If it's the same batch that was tested previously, you should be fine. Looks like the supplier did a bunch of testing recently with positive results. Testing isn't cheap, not worth it for smaller orders. You need to use a vial, and they give you a digital report.

    GLP-1s making me kinda mad

Nine months in, and it still feels unreal. Almost down 50 pounds. The most I ever lost before was 10, which I immediately gained back. Traditional dieting never worked for me.
