TikTok weight loss jabs - real?

There's some interesting research coming out about GLP-1s and cancer risk, too. A study looked at older men and found that pre-diagnosis use of weight loss meds actually reduced the incidence of prostate, colorectal, and male breast cancers. More research is needed, but it's promising.

    GLP-1 break: good idea?

For those considering stopping, remember that many people regain the weight. One study showed that a large percentage gain all or more back within a few years. Long-term success requires serious, sustainable lifestyle changes.

    GLP-1 break: good idea?

I've seen very different experiences reported on Reddit. Some people had to stop and then had a really bad reaction when they tried to resume at the same dose, even needing the ER. Others stopped and then it just didn't work anymore. Either way, I'd hold off on taking a break until you've...

Splitting Tirz Dose: Good or Bad?

I used to inject Tirz every 5 days because I got too hungry on days 6 and 7 and messed up my weight loss. Now I'm on reta twice a week to avoid the peaks and reduce side effects. It works great, zero sides. But yeah, not tested in trials, so who knows. Lots of people split doses though.

Made it from chunky to less chunky!

I'm so glad you're seeing such positive changes, Rebel_Tirz! For those of you who are on GLP-1s for managing blood sugar, it's important to monitor your HbA1c levels. I've seen patients drop from 11% to below 6% with these meds, combined with diet and exercise.

    GLP-1s really can be life-changing ✨

It's amazing how these GLP-1 receptor agonists can impact metabolic function. A recent clinical review showed semaglutide can be incredibly effective for chronic weight management when other methods have failed. It's definitely something to consider, especially with underlying conditions like PCOS.
