I'm getting close to my goal weight, and honestly, I'm a little nervous. I've been so focused on losing, I haven't really thought about what happens *after*. Any advice?
I use this formula in Excel:
=today_doseage +previous_dosage *EXP(-LN(2)/halflife_in_days*(nextjab-today))
