    Down 50+ lbs, feeling amazing!

Wow, congrats! That's amazing progress 🙂 I started about a month ago at 0.25, and just upped my dose to 0.50 last week. No side effects so far, but my weight hasn't changed either. I do feel less bloated though. I know it's early days, and I need to be patient, but I was hoping to see the scale...

    Post-Mounjaro Skin Woes?

I've noticed more forehead wrinkles since losing weight! Part of it is just getting older, but I do think the weight loss contributes. But personally, I'd rather deal with the wrinkles than carry around an extra 100 pounds!

    Post-Mounjaro Skin Woes?

I had my tummy tuck done in May, but I ran into a few serious complications, so I’m still getting wound care weekly for wound separation. But when I look at my reflection and see my stomach flat, I know I’d do the surgery again.

    Post-Mounjaro Skin Woes?

Congrats, you look fantastic. I’ve dropped close to 200 pounds myself, and seriously, go grab a couple of 50-pound bags of dog food and lug them around. That’s basically what we were carrying around all the time. Isn’t that wild? You should be super proud of yourself. People think you just take...

    Wegovy Price Gouging?

I hear you It's frustrating to see how genetics can make weight loss so much harder for some people, and then these supposedly game-changing meds are priced out of reach for many. Feels like a double whammy.

    Why so much hate?

I totally agree with Wild_Set -- it's disheartening to see people expecting instant results without effort. GLP-1s are amazing tools but they aren't magic. You still need to put in the work! Keep shining, everyone!

    Two Year Oz Journey

I'm at my one-year anniversary with these meds as well, and it’s been life-altering. I started on sema, eventually reaching 2.5mg, but switched to Tirze after plateauing. Currently on 7.5mg and feeling good! SW 256, CW 158. My original goal was 159, but now I'm thinking maybe 145ish?!

Almout: What I Learned Losing 40+ lbs

Yeah, me too. I'm only a month in but I'm already scouring the web for long-term studies. It's scary trusting these companies completely. Especially if we're considering this for long-term maintenance.

Almout: What I Learned Losing 40+ lbs

Great post, thanks. I also worry about side effects. Congrats on your progress. I'm one month in with great results. I have blood sugar issues. I felt I was already eating great. And now it's actually working! The weight is melting. My fasting glucose is way better. I never could get it down...

This med is making me a new person!

I'm having a hard time getting enough protein. ToneLean and others, how do you all manage to hit your protein goals while on this medication? I'm always feeling full.
