    Hit One-derland!

60 lbs from February to onederland is a strong result - managing side effects well enough to keep traveling and losing through it is the harder part to replicate. The remaining 40-50 lbs to goal usually comes more gradually; that's the consistent pattern at this stage.

Can I take my shot a little early?

The two-day adjustment window is real and works in both directions. The fatigue and nausea component usually hits 12-24 hours post-injection, so if morning is consistently rough, evening injection or moving to a day when you can rest the next day is worth the adjustment.

    Anyone still using TCI?

TCI went quiet in late 2024 - the endotoxin issue with their T30 batch was the last significant mention, and they haven't resurfaced in the regular vendor discussion since. Most people who used them have moved to alternatives with more consistent US-based testing records.

    Dreaming of Food?!

If you're feeling really fatigued, it might be a good idea to talk to your healthcare provider about it. They can run some tests to rule out any underlying issues. Also, make sure you're getting enough sleep! I know, easier said than done, but it makes a huge difference.

    Dreaming of Food?!

I have those sometimes too! I usually try tweaking my diet to see if it chills out my subconscious desires. Usually I'll up my protein or healthy fats. Do you ever dream of foods other than carbs? If it's always carbs, you might want to have your magnesium levels checked.

    Down 99, still goin'!

It's great to hear about success stories. I'm down about 65 pounds since starting Wegovy a year ago. It's a marathon, not a sprint!

    Tirzepatide stopped working?

If you're not having bad side effects, don't just accept a long stall. Increase your dose to 12.5 mg, and also rethink your diet and exercise.

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

For those using Retatrutide, I'm curious, are you stacking anything else with it? I'm on 1.5mg a week and trying to lean out. Thinking of adding SLU-PP-332 or maybe AOD-9604. I definitely plan on using BPC-157 throughout.

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

It's a mixed bag. Some folks swear by it, no issues. But as far as I know, no one has actually tested if those peptides lose potency once they're mixed together.

    Tirz and sleepless nights?

I've been having some really weird dreams lately too. Like, really vivid and strange. Is anyone else experiencing that?

    Tirz and sleepless nights?

This is kind of related, but I have sleep apnea and check my CPAP data daily. Ever since I started Tirz, the machine's detection of "central apnea" events has increased a lot. It's been high for the past year. These machines can't really detect central apnea (brain telling you not to breathe...

Testing my peps - am I getting ripped?

Great info, BurritoDespair. Knowing the mass and purity is good, but knowing you got the right peptide is important. Vials may or may not have labels. I get nervous when vendors sell different peps with the same cap color because it's too easy to mix them up. Mistakenly dosing too much of the...
