Congrats!!! If you don’t mind sharing… How did you lose so much? I've been on OZ for a year at 2mg, but not much change. Feeling bummed…

    Ozempic fridge check: Week 2

Yeah, the meds help, but it isn't magic. If you keep eating junk all day long, you might lose some weight at first, but it won't last. You gotta be real with yourself.

    Ozempic fridge check: Week 2

Congrats, you're starving your body, and you'll only end up damaging your health. Eating isn't a bad thing. You need fuel. You could cut out junk food or overly processed stuff, and still eat lots of greens, fruit, meat and YES, you'll still lose weight. This isn't something to brag about...

That's amazing. Are you incorporating any workouts? I'm not seeing any movement on the scale, and I'm barely eating.

    Sema, wine and emotional needs?

I have heard accounts of Ozempic helping with alcoholism - it helped me quit drinking when my partner got sober. I think it could change substance abuse treatment as we know it.

    Gallstones from weight loss? Ouch!

I'm curious, were you overweight for a long period? Or dealing with diabetes? High cholesterol? Were you over 40? Have you been pregnant or on birth control? A diet low in fiber? Just trying to figure out all the things I should be mindful of. Thanks!

    Semaglutide side effects decoded

This was super helpful. Quick question on timing: you mentioned it takes 4–5 weeks to reach steady levels. Does that mean side effects can randomly show up a month later even if the first couple weeks were easy? That might explain why my friend felt fine at first and then suddenly queasy all...

    Down eleven notches!

Way to go! I had to trim about an inch off my belt a while back, and it looks like another couple inches are going to need to go this week. I really need to get some new clothes, lol! Great job!

Hit my goal! Now the REAL work begins...

I agree with FitGirl, before and after pics in the same outfit are the best! It really shows the difference. Scale's just one piece of the puzzle, don't let it ruin your whole day!
