Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

The body dysmorphia lag is real - brain image of the body updates much slower than the actual body changes. Impedance data showing fat loss with muscle gain is the kind of objective signal that matters more than the mirror during that adjustment period. The perception often catches up a few...

    Psoriasis & KPV/KLOW: Experiences?

KPV alone after a Klow start is the pattern a lot of people land on - the anti-inflammatory effect is more targeted and the skin response tends to be cleaner once you're past the initial sensitization phase.

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

Whether the vial is salvageable depends on whether the needle was clean before it entered. If it slipped from a clean draw, fresh needle next dose and it's likely fine.

    Diet Soda While on Ozempic?

I'm on Wegovy. Yes, but I tend to burp a lot more with fizzy drinks. Big, loud burps. I think it's funny, but my partner disagrees.

Reta fatigue: Does it ever lift?

Interesting, Blair1992! I might try adding in electrolytes and see if that will help. It makes sense, with the change in how your body processes everything.

Reta fatigue: Does it ever lift?

Tirz is doing that to me. Added NAD+, gave me energy but not motivation or dopamine. Emotional eating ties into that too. NAC is on my list. So it does get better for some. I'm doing okay at a small dosage but wondering if reta's a good match.

Reta fatigue: Does it ever lift?

Been on reta now for about a week. Started super low with 0.75mg, just in case I had a bad reaction. I'm also on 6mg of tirz (which, honestly, hasn't been doing much for hunger, strength, or focus). Also been doing MOTS-C in the AM. This week, I upped my reta to 1.5mg (yesterday), and I'm...

    Down 30+ lbs!

I shed over sixty pounds when I mysteriously lost my appetite during COVID. I think I'd lost well over 30 before anyone said anything. I guess it depends on our body type, or where we carry the weight? A friend dropped fifty on sema and needed all new clothes. I went down two pant sizes haha.

Down half my start weight -- wow!

What an inspiring story to read! Seeing your progress is a reminder that this takes time. When I get impatient, I try to remember that I didn't gain the weight overnight, so losing it will take work too!
