Okay, so, about half a year ago – 26 weeks to be exact – I kicked things off. January 14th, 2025, weighed in at 460 lbs and… well, broke a chair during the checkup lol. Knew I needed a change. Now? 331 lbs! Dropped 129 pounds. Still going, feeling fantastic. Just 0.5mg, high protein, calorie cut. 10-12k steps daily. Reversed pre-diabetes and sleep apnea. And to anyone hating on Ozempic? Seriously, shove it. We still gotta WORK for this.
