    Holding the weight I lost!

Lifting the amount you've lost permanently gives the change a physical reference point the scale and mirror both miss.

    Finally seeing results!

PCOS insulin resistance is the mechanism GLP-1s address - results follow where other methods couldn't get traction.

    Whoa, didn't see THAT coming!

The stomach flattening in the mirror is composition shift making itself visible before the scale catches up.

    Exercise on sema? Help!

Don't get discouraged about the weight! Think about it as a deloading phase. It's normal to have periods where you can't push as hard. You're still getting the benefits of the exercise, even with lower weights.

    Exercise on sema? Help!

I have hypothyroidism and just started 0.25mg (3 shots). I do CrossFit 5 days a week (for years). I'm not hungry the first few hours. It's easier to workout in the morning before I get hungry. I workout without eating because I'm still full from dinner. About your weight loss: 5 lbs in 3 weeks...

    Exercise on sema? Help!

I'm a woman, 5'9", and I haven't had any problems working out on 0.25mg. I might even be losing faster than you. If anything, I've upped my workout intensity because my inflammation is lower. I make protein a priority (around 90g, which feels right for me). I always have some protein and carbs...

    Doc wants me on Ozempic?!

Thanks everyone for the ideas. It sounds like there are a few options: 1. Get the script sent in and see what happens 2. Apply for the manufacturers assistance program 3. Look into compounded options to save some money 4. Check my A1C levels I'll look into these and update.

    Doc wants me on Ozempic?!

A possibly easier and cheaper way is to use compounded semaglutide instead of name-brand Ozempic. The simplest way to access it is via a weight-loss telehealth company (see link below). No insurance needed. You pay the provider directly, and they work with labs to mail you the medication and...

    Doc wants me on Ozempic?!

So, my physician wants me to begin taking Ozempic. I don't believe he's aware that my state Medicaid probably won't cover it. I'm in Indiana, and it seems it's not typically covered for just weight reduction. I'm about 375 pounds in weight, and he's worried. He wants me to slim down, and thinks...

    MT2 & PT-141 anyone?

I understand what you're saying Charlie41. I want to know the possible risks with anything I put in my body. Can you tell me what makes you think that the product caused your heart attack? Did you dose the product as intended? Do you use any other peps?

    MT2 & PT-141 anyone?

Slightly changing the topic, but PT141 (Bremelanotide) actually came from the MELANOTAN II peptide hormone. PT141 can be a lifesaver for guys who don't get anything from PD5 inhibitors. It's no Tri-Mix, but it still works and seems pretty safe from what I've seen. It might be a good alternative...
