See an obesity medicine specialist. They can add other meds that help. If you can, add strength training — I lift 3x a week — and some cardio (walking counts). Check out r/antidietglp1 for more support too.

The empty stomach plus GLP-1 morning issue is one of the more common early mistakes - the medication increases sensitivity to stomach acid when there's nothing in there, which is different from nausea caused by eating too much. A small protein-first breakfast prevents both.
