Whoa, didn't see THAT coming!

That's really interesting - I didn't see that show up on my bloodwork when I was on it before. Be curious to know if it's settled down by now.
 
First thing I did was double my TRT dose—was only 50mg a week. Keeping a food log, eating smaller meals every 2.5 hours. 1900 calories, 140g protein, 25g fiber daily. Gym every day plus walks after lunch and dinner. Just ordered a 40mg kit of Mots-C, ships next week.
 
See an obesity medicine specialist. They can add other meds that help. If you can, add strength training — I lift 3x a week — and some cardio (walking counts). Check out r/antidietglp1 for more support too.
