    Reta - Week 2 thoughts?

Week 2 is deep in the adjustment window. Appetite suppression tends to build gradually, not all at once. Nausea peaks early then backs off. Hang in - you're close to the turn.

Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

Tesa storage debate is real. Standard is fridge post-reconstitution, use within 4-6 weeks. The not-refrigerating theory isn't well-documented yet. For a first combo, standard storage seems like the right call until more data lands.

    GLP-1 Side Effect Database!

heard about ipa alone but can't remember where. also heard it's got the best sleep benefits out of the three. might just go straight to hgh anyway. got time to decide since i want to drop 20 more pounds first to get insulin right before adding gh stuff.

    Two years on the needle...

I'm a few weeks into my compounded batch and started noticing something weird - when I pull the needle out of the vial, a little squirts out. Happens every time now and I lose some each shot even though I follow all the rules. Didn't happen at the start so not sure what changed.

Coming off GLP-1s... anyone else nervous?

Sema is the OG for appetite. Dirt cheap too. I just added it back to my stack. Works amazing and no side effects at low dose. I'm at 0.75 mg a week. Skipped the starter, did 0.5 for two weeks, then settled here. Been on GLPs for 2.5 years total.

    Done already?

introduced my sisters, brother, and friends to these meds and helped them get access. when they hit the rough side effects it's tough because i'm not a doctor and can't fix it. told them upfront what to expect and that they're responsible for research, but still some people just aren't happy no...

Reta - push to 4mg or stick to 3?

I think the general advice is that it's better to lower your dose and stick to the 7 day schedule if you can. Someone mentioned that 7 days is based on the half-life of the drug and keeping a steady level in your system.

Reta - push to 4mg or stick to 3?

I agree with MacroGuyPlus that it probably isn't going to matter much... I would say that it is relatively normal even with GLP1's to have a week where there's no loss even with calorie reduction. If it's been a couple weeks, or you're weighing often and tracking the numbers, we could look into...

Fridge or no fridge after opening?

I've been using this for over a year now and I never refrigerate after opening. Sometimes I don't even put the new pen in the fridge at all. It's good for like 2 months at room temp. I like to keep it in my bathroom, because it's just easier to have it with me when I inject. Plus, my fridge...

Fridge or no fridge after opening?

I would check the prescribing information for proper storage information. Most manufacturers have these instructions readily available.

Coming Off GLP-1s: What to Expect

I love that you mentioned life events. I was on for 6 months a few years ago, stopped, and maintained pretty well for almost 9 months. Then we had a death in the family + holidays + I just emotionally checked out. The weight crept back. It wasn't overnight. It was stress + old habits...
