Coming off GLP-1s... anyone else nervous?

In Denmark we see the GP first, they refer if needed. Can't eat? Drop your dose or pause. This med's about balance — 3 meals + snacks, stay under your TDEE. Mechanical eating works. 😎

interested in ostarine - there was a study combining it w/ semaglutide at low doses, barely any muscle loss at 3mg. haven't found pills in stock yet. at that dose it's cheap but getting 3mg out of 25mg pills is annoying.

if you're still snacking try 2mg next week - that's the starting dose in trials. by then your serum levels stabilize and the med's more consistent each week. might not need higher doses unless hunger comes back or you plateau. i personally topped out at 3mg and spent most of my 12-week run at 2mg.

still figuring out maintenance for me. keeping the dose really low at 0.3mg and pinning every 10-14 days. a friend's held her goal weight like this for 6+ months and i've been solid for 2 so far.

Sema is the OG for appetite. Dirt cheap too. I just added it back to my stack. Works amazing and no side effects at low dose. I'm at 0.75 mg a week. Skipped the starter, did 0.5 for two weeks, then settled here. Been on GLPs for 2.5 years total.

why stick it out at 2 mg with all those side effects? lower the dose or try splitting 1 mg on injection day and another 1 mg a few days later. nobody should have to suffer.
