    Protein supplements: changed much?

Eating more fat during that window made everything feel smoother for me too. Half an avocado for breakfast changed the game compared to straight protein focus.

Pics! Down 30, feeling amazing :')

GNC Wheybolic Alpha is my pick — it's got creatine, myosin, Velositol, and Tensional all wrapped in one. That's elite tier stuff.

GLP-1 Vial Cases: Where to Buy?

thanks for walking through it. wasn't planning more dilution, just splitting the reconstituted solution 50/50 into two sterile vials. main thing is keeping it sterile during transfer. don't have a still air box setup, so this helps a lot.

    Sema vs. PMS Appetite Battle!

Don't do what I did—a huge bowl of pasta. My digestion slowed so much I had heartburn for days. Switched to whole foods and clean eating, plus tons of water and fiber when I can. That's when the heartburn finally backed off.

    Ozempic and energy levels?

forced me to face the anxiety and depression i was using food to avoid. dark at first, but got help, got medicated, and my mental health is way better now. lost muscle tho — wish i'd lifted during the process.

    NAD+/MOTS-c/5-Amino-1MQ - bad idea?

forgot to track costs and cash flow which sucks looking back. had some crypto in solana before it crashed — rookie move. want to do rotation on injection sites to dodge isr stuff. marked out a square and hoping four weeks heals it. odds of hitting exact same spot twice are pretty low anyway.

Can't do protein or fats on this stuff!

I put protein powder in my coffee with Fairlife milk in the morning. Lunch is usually a premier shake with the same milk. Dinner gets meat and good fats. If I'm under my 100 gram target and want something sweet at night I grab a Quest bar, the crispy peanut butter kind hits right.

    sketchy bac water?

had to dig into insulin legality for my dog from years back. turns out my state made insulin Rx-only in 2023, but syringes are still OTC. seems backward—what if someone runs out on a Friday night?

    Down 40+ pounds since Feb!

Hit a wall for a year on ozempic after dropping 40 fast. Went 0.75 to 2mg, nothing budged, felt awful on 2. Switched to mounjaro and it's been steady—4 months in, another 20 down for 60 total. Food tracking + eating MORE actually helped way more.

    My progress is showing!

stay away from the buy/sell/trade sections on tg groups. scamming is more of a steroid problem but there's other stuff too like missing coas. never buy from people who dm you first, even if they look like they're with some vendor group. they hit people fast after they join making it look legit...

    Starting my GLP-1 journey! 🥳

the 'training wheels' approach made sense—real pharmacy, english emails, accountability. i get it. injecting yourself is different than a sketchy vial from who-knows-where.

Down 70+ lbs - face gains!

I'll echo the hydration advice. Also, be mindful of your diet. Increase protein intake to help preserve muscle mass during weight loss. A well-balanced diet will maximize the benefits of the medication.

Ozempic - How are you getting it?

Good point! Location matters a lot. Access and insurance coverage can be totally different even in neighboring states.

MJ was NOT my miracle drug!

I'm also thinking of starting MJ because I have hyperinsulinemia and PCOD. I'm bipolar type 2 and have been managing it okay with venlafaxine for about a year, so this is making me reconsider. Did your doctor mention this side effect? I'm worried about starting now because I've been doing okay...

Ozempic - How are you getting it?

I get it online from a compounding pharmacy. The doctor assesses my history and prescribes. It costs about $300 for 3 months.

GHK-cu: Did I expect too much?

I just started researching Ipamorelin/CJC1295... what kind of changes are people hoping to see with that?

    Stopped GLP-1, weight's back... but I'm good!

Coming off semaglutide in a slow and controlled way like this is a really healthy approach. Most people freak out when the scale starts creeping up, but some rebound is totally normal. Your body is just restoring things like muscle glycogen and water weight. The most important thing is that you...

Best vial size for reconstituted Reta?

I always err on the side of caution with peptides. If there's any question about sterility, I'd toss it. Better safe than sorry, especially when you're injecting something into your body.
