YES! It's best to refrigerate peptides as soon as you get them. From what I've read, unmixed peptides are okay outside a cold environment for about 2 months before you risk losing potency. But to be safe, I always toss mine in the refrigerator right away.

It's asking for the dosage you want in MCG. That's Milligram (MG) x 1000. Like, 3mg is 3000mcg.
