Anyone else feel this way about weight loss?

I understand completely. Unless you've lived it, it's impossible to grasp. All the people calling us lazy, telling us to exercise more and eat less - they don't experience what we do. I've been on a GLP-1 med for almost a year now and I've lost about 70 pounds. These medications have...

    Down 121 lbs... whew!

I agree with Snack-Dude. It's really helpful to see these progress pics. I'm also just starting out. What I appreciate is the honest timeframe. I saw a post not long ago where someone lost half their weight, and it was really inspiring to hear it took over two years. Gives me a more realistic...

    Buying a mini-fridge for peps?

My understanding is that using a hydroflask is to minimize temp fluctuations. I don't do it personally, but it seems like a reasonable precaution to safeguard your supply. I don’t think an ice pack inside is needed. I've seen vial holders for flasks on Etsy.

Down 70+ lbs! Clothes are too big!

That's awesome! But I question your doctor's advice to lose more. You're at the low end of a healthy BMI already. Be careful!

Retatrutide storage: am I doing this right?

For bac water, check out some other peptide subreddits. They have good sourcing info.

    Buying a mini-fridge for peps?

I'm in a similar boat, needing something tiny. I got a Whynter 1.1 cu ft freezer from that online retailer for around $120. With old-school dial thermometers, it holds around -11°F consistently. Considering I'll only have a year or two's worth of peptides, that's good enough. I just date...

Retatrutide storage: am I doing this right?

I don't believe that storing at very cold temperatures is necessary for short-term storage. I know a vendor selling Reta made in August-24 that's been at room temp the entire time, and it's still good. Less than a year: room temp is fine. 1-3 years: fridge. 3-5 years: -20C freezer. More than 5...

Down 70+ lbs! Clothes are too big!

You look fantastic! I've been donating my clothes to a local thrift store as I shrink. Now I have another pile ready to go!

    Ozempic Progress!

Amazing results, and glad you got yourself back after that 2020 insurance stuff. Healthcare is a mess here in the USA.

    Ozempic Progress!

You look incredible!!!!! Question for you - I put on about 50 pounds after having 3 kids in quick succession. I’ve been taking Ozempic for about 4 months and have lost around 35 pounds. This week I’m going from 1 mg to 2 mg. So far, side effects haven’t been too bad (slowly increasing from .25...

One year on GLP-1s: My story

Thanks everyone for the kind words! To answer Dose-Sis, I noticed a change in my hunger levels pretty quickly, maybe within a week or two. It wasn't a huge thing at first, but it gradually became more noticeable.
