Cracked the 200 mark!

Starting weight: 260 Current weight: 199.7 Goal weight: 180

I finally broke through! I haven't been under 200 in what feels like forever.

If youre feeling down about not seeing huge changes with sema right away, don't lose hope! It took me like, 11 months to get here. Started in August 2024. I stalled a few times too, but it's worth sticking with!

Thanks for posting in this forum! Remember the rules about discussing experimental medications. No sourcing or selling period. If you get a PM offering you something, ignore it and report it.

Congrats!
I've been using Zepbound for about 2 years, and I've kinda stopped losing at 215 lbs even on the highest dose. I'm stuck bouncing between 214 and 215. Any suggestions? These meds are amazing. I started at 286!

Maybe try mixing things up? I know some people who plateaued found success with different exercise routines or tweaking their diet.

It's awesome to read success stories! I'm down about 35 pounds so far, but one of the HUGE wins was fitting into a booth at a restaurant without feeling squished! Anyone else have non-scale victories?

I had a patient tell me today she realized she's lost the equivalent of her 9-year-old son. Gotta be a good feeling. Her A1C looked great too.

stay on my feet daily but body's used to it so treadmill or neighborhood walks 4-6 times a week to stay regular. helps clear gas buildup too. 30-minute walks make such a difference. i'm 230, 5'2, barely fit but moving helps — yard work, chores, whatever keeps it going.
