    Hit my goal weight!

Going in, my target was 185, hadn't seen that number since college and figured it'd be a massive win on its own. Once results started showing, I shifted the goal to a 'normal' BMI range instead, bringing it down to 164. Got there in seven months! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MEDICATION!

    Almost at my goal!

Really needed that reminder, and huge congratulations on such solid results! Shaving a whole inch off the waistline is genuine progress. Don't let the scale get to you, it only ever tells part of the story, especially when the plateau's traceable to water retention. Stick with the logging...

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

That first medication was really hard here too. Been off it for half a year and the body still occasionally reacts to food like it's still active. Worked incredibly well though, both for blood sugar and weight. Now just working hard to manage without it. Genuinely disappointing though. It was...

    Upping my dose - nervous!

Ooh appreciate that, might actually try it! A bit nervous about doubling up though, feels like such a big leap from where I'm at now.

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

Talking about the pen-style device? Thought the fixed-dose version doesn't let you adjust what comes out. Figured whatever the pen's labeled at is exactly what you're getting, no more no less.

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

What's something from early on in your own journey that makes you cringe looking back? Sure plenty of people have worse stories, but the first thing that pops up is grabbing bottled water off a random retail site thinking it'd work fine. Never actually used it, but apparently that's a rookie...

    Switching from Zepbound to Ozempic

Can relate completely. Ozempic left me feeling physically awful, sounds a lot like what you're going through. Made the switch to Zepbound and haven't had a single side effect since, and I'm currently sitting under my original target weight.

    Down 80lbs! Woot!

You're doing an incredible job, genuinely thrilled you hit your first target! Just one gentle note: eating somewhere between roughly 700 and 1100 calories daily sounds drastically low for someone at your weight, worth double-checking that the restriction isn't getting overly severe. Your...

    A year on GLP-1s!

On GLP1s since 2000, Mounjaro since 2022. It's done nothing but improve my health. No insulin needed for two straight years now.

    Down 93kg... Now what?!

Switching to something else feels premature right now since nothing else out there matches how strong this option is. Stalled between 170 and 180 for eight months straight. Wanted to hurl my scale straight through a mirror. Can't handle much past 800-900 calories since my stomach just won't...
