    Doc says I'm done losing?!

at 8mg now, started at 0.5 back in january. never got major appetite suppression. eating small portions every 2-2.5 hours, 1800 cal, 140g protein, 30g fiber. picked up the drug for glucose benefits but lost 15lbs and gained muscle too. ordering Mots-C to add to the stack.

    5 Years on GLP-1s?!

Using them now and still breathing. No issues so far. Yeah, you're right about making things worse, but I've got a box of 100 and I'm committed. The 13mm ones are way easier than 4mm—some blends won't even push through a 4mm. Just need a little BAC to clear the holdback.

    Tirz Compounding Curtailed Soon?

Currently at 10mg tirzepatide each week. Works okay but food noise won't quit — it's sabotaging my discipline. Before I pump the dose higher, want to try adding cagrilintide. Anyone combine them? What dose? What were your results?

Finally fitting into my old jeans!

BMI doesn't tell the whole story, especially if you're not average height. I'm 6'9" and it's always said overweight even though I feel pretty solid at my current weight. There's stuff BMI doesn't account for—like where your fat actually sits in your body. Some people with "normal" BMI still...

    sketchy bac water?

when you start stacking too much you lose the ability to tell what's actually working. for me i pick one or two things for my goal, then reassess every month or two. maybe you're hitting your goal, maybe something else became more important, or maybe drop one and try another.

Mounjaro 2.5mg - When to move to 5mg?

I'm on 2.5mg, started at 74.4kg, and after 3 weeks, I'm at 67kg. Planning to stay on 2.5mg for another month to see how it goes. It's still working, and it's cheaper than moving up, so I'll try that for now.

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

Since you're using it for diabetes, I would really suggest talking with your doctor before stretching out the shots, just to make sure they agree with that plan.

Mounjaro 2.5mg - When to move to 5mg?

I dropped 4.2 kg in my first month (started at 124.7 kg). Today marks week 5, still on 2.5 mg, and I weigh 119.7 kg. My measurements are down 5 cm from both my waist and hips, and my jeans feel looser. I usually weigh myself once a week to avoid getting discouraged. Mentally, I decided to accept...

    Mounjaro success on my 29th!

For me, it's been about being consistent with the meds, eating in that calorie range, and trying to get some exercise. Even just small changes can add up! Don't get discouraged by comparing yourself to others, everyone's journey is different ❤️

    Reta and explosive 💩?

I've been on Reta for about 4 months, just increased my dose from 3mg every 5 days to 5mg every 5 days, and I've had the poops since. Also changed to a different batch of Reta when I upped the dose. Got a couple of ideas why, but Imodium seems to work. Hopefully it's just a short term thing.

GLP-1s: More than just weight loss?

I'm keeping one pair in a bigger size and donating the rest. I've got plenty to coast on maintenance for a while, so I'm drawing the line at staying within that one size. Gotta set a boundary somewhere.

So thrilled I got access to Mounjaro! * Started October 10th, 2025 * Just on 2.5 mg dose * Aiming for 1600-1900 calories a day * No yucky side effects so far! * Trying to hit the gym like 3 times a week, plus swimming...

My old boots finally fit! 🥳

It's so motivating to hear about these victories! I started sema just a few weeks ago and I am hoping that this will be the turning point for me. So inspiring!

Hungry after my dose... anyone else?

Yeah, starting that high is gonna mess you up pretty bad. I went through the same thing where bumping up the dose hit me harder the first couple times. What helped was splitting it in half and spreading it out over a few days instead of taking the full amount at once.

    8 Months On: Still Working?

Haven't seen much of a rash issue myself, though I know some do. Was on it for over 6 months before things improved. Now on maintenance doses and feeling better overall. Stopped needing the daily antihistamine.

My old boots finally fit! 🥳

Wow, congrats! Does this mean I might be able to wear tall boots again? I never even considered it. I've lost somewhere around 65 pounds on sema.

HK pep vendor - anyone used them?

Anyone have experience with pepsciences? I'm thinking of trying their CJC-1295. They seem legit, tracking number and all that, bottle looks professional, but I'm still new to this.
