2 month update - feeling down

Some people lose quickly on lower doses, others need higher ones. It took me until 10mg to see a change in my A1C or weight, after about half a year on the medication. Don't compare your journey to anyone else's journey. Go at the speed your body needs to go. Don't let yourself be discouraged...

Low & slow wins the race?

been wondering for 16 months what I actually got because endotoxin testing wasn't common back then. did the math—at my weight, 1000eu per vial on a 15mg dose is the limit. haven't seen anything under 250, saw lots of 20-80, but 2300 is wild. jeep's darker lids seem fine.

    GLP-1 Time? Need Guidance

i get food noise right before my weekly pin, when i'm due for a fresh shot. staying at 2mg a week keeps it minimal. when i do eat i'm full in seconds and sugar cravings are either gone or i've trained myself to not care about junk.

    People's comments driving me nuts!

I had to tell a coworker who wouldn't stop commenting, "I find it really weird how obsessed you are with my body." No more comments after that.

I get those concerns too. From my experience, doing your homework and looking at all of the feedback on this site gives you a level of peace of mind. Happened to me. Best of luck with your research.

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

Update! I've been taking GLOW for about 4 weeks. No problems with my epilepsy. My knee pain is gone, BUT I'm a little disappointed by the collagen effects. I haven't noticed any difference in my skin or hair, so I stopped taking it 4 days ago. I started Reta about 3 weeks ago (no impact on my...

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

I plan to start with low doses of everything to see how my body responds. DSIP is the only "brain peptide" I'm considering, mainly because I sleep terribly from work stress and some depression. I'm not taking any meds for stress or depression.

    5-Amino-1mq Anyone?

Found Reta from one source that burns like crazy when I pin. Hurts right when pushing the plunger and a few seconds after. Tried different sites, temps, angles - nothing changes it. Switched to Hospira BAC and stinging stopped.

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

Hey everyone, I have absence epilepsy and I'm curious if using peptides could cause any problems while I'm on my anti-seizure meds. Specifically, I was considering: Reta, MOTS-c, DSIP, and NAD+. Thanks! --Dexter

A year later, down 100+ pounds!

It's amazing how much progress pics can help! I started sema around October at 190lbs. I lacked motivation, was in pain from my arthritis, and had little energy. I gradually started walking, then strength training in November, and yoga in January. I track calories and focus on protein and fiber.

    Lost weight TOO fast?

Also, FidgetQueen, you mentioned 12mg. Are you absolutely sure you were on Ozempic? The highest dose for that is only 2mg! Maybe it was Mounjaro? Even if you were on the highest Ozempic dose, those side effects would be brutal. It's weird that a doctor would prescribe that much.

    Lost weight TOO fast?

No offense intended, but if that's the 'after' pic, I'm not sure you're really 119lbs. You look great, but I'm not seeing a massive difference.
