    Face gains! Before & After

The holding onto muscle while pushing for the last bit is the hardest part of the late game. The body has priorities and lean mass preservation kicks in when there isn't much fat left to give. Protein and resistance training are really the levers that change the equation at that point.

    Down 50+ lbs!

Keeping the dose calibrated to a pace that protects muscle rather than just pushing for the fastest number is a really smart approach. The fact that 1.8 felt like too much is useful feedback about where your individual response actually lands. 50+ down on that kind of careful approach is a...

    Customs Crackdown?

The variability in customs outcomes depending on origin warehouse is genuinely unpredictable and seems to shift without much warning. The OP's question about whether others are seeing this is the right thing to be tracking - patterns across multiple people's experiences are more useful than any...

Oops - Tirz in the fridge, not freezer!

Lyophilized peptides in the refrigerator for up to 2 years is a commonly cited stability figure. The freezer extends that but the difference matters more for very long storage than a few months. How long have they been in the fridge?

Anyone else feel this way about weight loss?

The ED history plus decades of failed conventional approaches makes the GLP-1 experience particularly significant - these medications address the neurobiological drivers that made the conventional approaches fail, which is a different experience from someone without that history. The 'wish I'd...

    Almost hit my big milestone!

318 to 218 in a year is exactly the kind of result that makes 'goal incoming' feel real. The 100 mark crossed is one of those milestones most people set but not everyone hits. That 16 inch loss took serious consistency. Keep going.

    Down 8 stone! Feeling amazing!

Food noise going quiet as the mental part of the transformation alongside the physical is the thing that makes 8 stone feel different from just 8 stone. The constant checking and guilt cycle going away is often more transformative than the scale number for people who had that pattern. Congrats...

    Sema second round -- stalled?

Coming back after a year off with 20 lbs regained and restarting is the exact story the community needs more of - real people doing real restarts, not just the clean linear success arcs. The restart response is usually different from the first run, and the first few weeks can be slower as the...

Down 120 lbs - Sharing my success!

265 lbs is such a remarkable number to land on when you started somewhere much higher. The last bit often does feel easier once the momentum is built and the habits are locked in. So much to be proud of here.

Hit my goal weight! RETA rocks!

10 more and then tes/ipa after is a solid plan to have lined up. The recomp phase after hitting goal while staying on reta tends to be really satisfying when you have a clear next objective. So close - what's the timeline looking like?

    Smart Scales for Water Weight?

the 2-3 liters daily is practical guidance and the one most people on GLP-1 fall short of without realizing it - the thirst signal gets disrupted on the medication and drinking to actual thirst keeps most people under target. setting a schedule or using marked bottles works better than relying...

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

Three years from .25 all the way up and then having it stop working is a hard journey. The switch to Mounjaro not adding much after that is useful to share here - it helps people understand that sometimes the mechanism change does not land the way you hoped. What ended up working for you after that?

Hit my goal a year later!

2.5 years in and holding at 2mg maintenance after reaching max is the long-game version of this. The OP's year mark picking up 2.4 after the dose story with the doctor is still in the early chapters of what the full run looks like. Most people who get there find the maintenance dose lower than...

Down a pant size... or two!

Going from bursting at the seams to loose at minus 20kg is the kind of result that changes the relationship with getting dressed. The pants milestone is real in a way the scale isn't always. Are you close to an actual size drop now or is the looseness just within the same size?

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

Holding onto the old concentration while you figure out the new setup is the practical solution. The multiple syringe problem with the new formulations is annoying but workable. What did the vial look like after the mistake - still clear?

    GLP-1 Glow Up!

The GLP-1 results that keep people coming back to post aren't just numbers - the glow-up people describe is the whole package. Congrats to the OP. So many people in the same place when they start and the outcomes are genuinely remarkable.

GLP-1 Med Prices: Bait & Switch?

The generic access question is the one that actually matters for long-term adoption - the current price structure puts it out of reach for a huge portion of the people who'd benefit most. A meaningful generic option changes that math significantly.

    Halfway to my goal!

20 lbs and 14% in 5 months is a really good trajectory. The OP going from 265 to 130 is what this looks like played out fully. 7.5mg sounds like it's doing its job.

    Anyone else kinda like hunger?

My hunger feels ancient when it hits. Like I havent eaten in weeks. Weird sensation.

Finally fitting into my old jeans!

Same problem after losing forty. Went from 38DD to 34B and now it's basically deflated. Balconette bra style helped a little but honestly surgery seems like the only real solution for this.
