Quick question about a vial I already mixed. I reconstituted an 80 mg vial with 3 mL of bac water and the injections sting way more than I expected, so the dilution clearly isn't enough. I have pens and spare empty vials on the way. By the time they land I'll have pulled seven doses at minimum...
100 pounds over two years while managing a cancer diagnosis and two hip replacements is a different category of result - the consistency through that level of medical disruption is the harder achievement than the number itself.
The pH argument for adding AA is that pure BAC runs alkaline and some peptides degrade faster in that range - the practical difference is small for short-term use but becomes meaningful past 4-6 weeks of storage.
Lost 20kg on this in under a year. I pole dance and do aerial work — did it four years before starting. Zero muscle loss and everything I do in the air is way easier now without the extra weight. Muscles are way more visible too.
There's this grimy little Chinese food place down the street I hit up 3-5 times a week (okay like 5 every week). They got this Big Plate with fried rice or chow mein and 3 entrees. Haven't been since November when I started Tirzepatide. Thinking about ordering what I used to get makes me sick now.
Wow VialStory, that is intense! I've heard of food aversions, but yours sounds really extreme. I'd be worried about malnutrition if I couldn't stomach protein. Maybe a different formulation of protein shake would help? Or try those clear protein drinks?
Totally happens. Your tastebuds can change. Mine shifted a couple of months in, got kinda worse for a bit. Might have been when I had a dry mouth thing going on. But it evened out eventually, so hang in there!
I agree with Flex_Happy, that’s a huge accomplishment. I've also dropped about 40 pounds in the same timeframe, but I started at a higher weight, around 330, so I still have a ways to go before I look as good as you do.
I started Wegovy around October last year and the results have been great. I'm fitting into clothes I haven't worn since high school. Super happy with the changes. Anyone else find it wild how fast it works?
I know the feeling. I'm 30 and dropped around 125lbs. I'm scheduled for my first skin removal surgery in June. It's a significant thing to deal with, but it's good to see actual progress.
