    Random barfing on Mounjaro? 🤢

Over a year on Mounjaro (also deal with emetophobia myself) and never once thrown up on this. Seems more likely if you eat past full or go heavy on greasy food. Dealt with a bit of nausea in the couple of days right after each shot early on, but figured out how to keep it in check with fluids...

    Face slimming first, anyone?

My journey's been so similar! Though I always carried extra roundness in my face specifically. My sister-in-law dug up an old photo from my lowest adult weight ever (130 lbs at 5'7") and I was stunned by how full my face looked back then. Made peace with it now, even though it's thinner these...

Ate too much on Sema? Help!

Hey love! Just spent two days stuck in bed dealing with brutal sulfur burps and throwing up. Currently on 1.7mg wegovy, and this has only happened once before, right when I first started the medication. My mistake this time was a few pizza slices Friday night, the day after my injection lol Have...

    Finally Starting Tirzepatide!

Running 6mg Tirz every five days for upkeep right now. Weight's been holding within a couple pounds either way for six weeks straight. Was previously at 15mg Tirz weekly, bounced around a bit with timing and amount along the way. Down 63 pounds, no longer needing separate medication for type 2...

    Injection site: Does it matter?

Injecting into my stomach behaves differently for me. Actually used to be my go-to spot, but noticed effects fade after three days and hunger creeps back. Using my leg instead stretches it to six days.

    2.5mg still working after months?

Don't get your hopes too high. Mounjaro's got the same devoted following as the keto and vegan crowds. 2.5mg actually made me hungrier. No beginner advice from me, but curious if anyone's titrated weekly or even every other week. Sticking at 2.5 for a whole month feels like a rip-off in my book...

Can't believe how good I feel!

Yes, completely agree! Eighteen months into Mounjaro and my A1C's gone from 11 down to 5. Weight came off too, but honestly the diabetes improvement means more to me than the number on the scale.

    NAD+/MOTS-c/5-Amino-1MQ - bad idea?

Could be true. Based on what's actually confirmed, I'm leaning toward holding off on NAD+ as a peptide right now. Most bodies can apparently make enough of their own given the right building blocks.

Hungry after my dose... anyone else?

Haha genuinely, skip arm injections if that hasn't happened yet. Took yesterday's dose there for the first time. Way more potent than expected, been running 7.5 for a while now, but never had eating feel basically impossible until now. Even just thinking about food brings on nausea.

It's so worth it! Still on my way...

Wow, congratulations!! Mind sharing what medication and dose got you there? Curious about your routine too, and any tips or tricks. Thanks so much in advance!

    Protein shakes while on GLP's?

Also, genuinely recommend trying sample packs of clear whey through an online retailer. Plenty of people who normally can't stand regular protein drinks have found a brand of those they actually enjoy.

A year on meds! It gets better!

Amazing! You're going to feel so much better soon!!! Just wrapped up my own year-long journey and if anything I wish I'd jumped in way earlier!

    GLP-1 vendor sketchiness?

Was $300 total. Appreciate the offer to help, but now I'm second guessing whether this is some kind of recovery scam, don't really know you after all, haha. Could see the transaction went through successfully on the blockchain records though.

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

Those episodes sound genuinely intense. If it's leaving you unable to think clearly or control your actions, and even pushing toward self-harm thoughts, why keep taking it? Feels like an obvious decision from where I'm sitting.

GLP-1s losing steam after a while?

Totally normal, after 2.5 years on glp's myself, that last stretch to goal took forever to shift. Started eating a little more and that actually helped, now I'm past goal. It'll happen for you too.

Reta noob - am I overpaying?

I actually source mine through my longevity doctor. Probably not the route for everyone, just tossing out another angle. Pricing lands pretty close to what other sellers charge, I paid $280 for 90 pills at 25mg.

    Transitioning to maintenance...

Been running a microdose for seven months now, lost 30 pounds and put on some muscle from working out. Would definitely recommend it if you're already at goal and just looking to maintain.

    Pen looks a little full...normal?

Mine's a different setup, the 0.25/0.5mg version. Picked up extra needles and ran the pen all the way empty. Came with 6 tips included, so I used two more beyond that to finish it off.

    One year on MJ!

Look absolutely fantastic, and the progress in such a short window is impressive. Genuine proof of what consistent effort combined with this medication can accomplish, keep it up!

FDA cracking down on compound GLP-1s?

Saw a news report covering a company agreeing to stop distributing certain compounded GLP-1 medications domestically following regulatory pressure.
