    GLP-1 Time? Need Guidance

I fought my weight for years. I had weight loss surgery in 2028, lost 75 pounds, and then regained about 25. Now I'm on a GLP-1 and it's really helping. I'm not weak, I have willpower, I'm a smart person, but I need help with weight loss, and I'm smart enough to get it. You should get it too!!!!

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Oh no, that vial is probably damaged, even if you can't see it, micro fractures. Like dropping a glass jar. Ugh.

    Coming off MJ...any success stories?

I don't think I'll ever stop this drug. It's like people who stop antidepressants because they feel better, and then they get depressed again. If it's working, you probably need it.

    Coming off MJ...any success stories?

I don't think MJ is a forever drug if you don't have health issues. I started at 250 and stopped around 170 lbs like 6 months ago. I messed up for a few weeks and got to 180, but now I'm working out and eating better (controlling portions). It's doable if you just have bad eating habits. You...

Still losing on Wegovy after a year!

Year in now. Started 197, sitting at 144, aiming for 135. Down 4 jean sizes. Been on a plateau for a month, bouncing between ups and downs. Running out of medication next month due to insurance costs. Feeling okay at this weight even if I'm technically still a few pounds into overweight. Here's...

    Insulin Cream? No More Injections?

Interesting! Where do you get it? Is it something a physician has to okay?

    Insulin Cream? No More Injections?

New research suggests a potential diabetes treatment involving insulin delivered via a topical cream. Could this mean the end of needles for many?

    Bigger sterile vials?

Okay, here's how I do it... let's say you have a 15mg vial. If you add 7.5mL of bac water, then each 0.05mL (or 5 units on an insulin syringe) will give you 100mcg. It can be kinda tricky to measure such a small dose accurately, so some people prefer to dilute it even further.

    Hit my goal dress size!

I'm curious about this too. I'm down 9 lbs. since starting about 6 weeks ago, so I am wondering how long it takes to see bigger results.

Struggling for every. single. pound. Anyone else?

If you haven't seen movement in over a month it's probably time to bump the dose. No point staying at something that isn't working. You look so much healthier now. And your hair looks great too.

    Hubby's losing weight WITH me?!

Absolutely! Staying well-hydrated makes a real difference in how the med performs. I rotate between plain water and electrolyte beverages and it boosts how the appetite control works. A 25% body weight reduction is seriously outstanding-fantastic job!

    Almost at my goal!

This is so fantastic! You look like a totally different person! Congrats to you! What dose has worked the best for you?

    Oops! Mixed up my vials!

I tag those suckers with a Sharpie as soon as they show up - "CJC5", "BPC2", etc. Right on the glass. I knew this would happen to me one day. I'm with Linda - probably best to just bin 'em.

    Ozempic price drop?

That is pretty messed up. What if you have insurance that just doesn't cover it?

    Tirz vial recon jitters!

I have mixed feelings about some compounded versions - certain batches feel weaker than others. Plus older vials may have degraded over time. Could be either your dose needs adjustment or you need to switch to a different compound. Wishing you good results either way!
