Ozempic kicking my butt - help!

My doctor prescribed it as .5 mg as well, but with instructions to start at .25 mg for the first four weeks. I think the packaging also mentions that. I cannot imagine beginning at .5 mg. Double check the directions with your doctor. Some don’t give good instructions when prescribing unfortunately.

    Ozempic + bad food = 💥?

Anything you listed there would make a person feel ill. Technically it isn’t a side effect.

Ozempic kicking my butt - help!

I agree, definitely speak with your doctor. The dosage might be too much to begin with. In the meantime, try some electrolyte drinks. Bone broth can be really helpful too!

    Reta on a plane?

I pre-filled my reta into a NovoPen 4 and I'm taking an old Mounjaro box and a prescription from half a year ago. Everything goes in a 3D printed case, then a cooler in my checked luggage. If asked, I say it's my prescribed Mounjaro.

    Reta on a plane?

When traveling, I put the exact amount of peptide I need in a fresh, sterile vial. Then I toss it at the end. That way, my main supply isn't exposed to temp changes. For injectables that don't need refrigeration, I keep them labeled. I always carry meds; I never check them.

    Who dis?! 🤣

I've heard good things about collagen supplements, but I'm not sure how much they actually help. I am starting to research body contouring procedures, because my arms are starting to resemble bat wings.

    Who dis?! 🤣

I'm down about 100 pounds in less than a year. My biggest worry now is that my lipedema fat is more noticeable and really painful. My upper body is getting lean, but my thighs and hips are bumpy. I'm also concerned about loose skin.

    Who dis?! 🤣

Someone I haven't seen since last spring told me I looked fantastic today, and they didn't even mention weight, which I found interesting. I've dropped about 25 pounds in the last 5 months, but nobody had said anything, which I thought was weird. I still don't see a huge difference myself, but...

    Mixing Glutathione - help!

Yeah, I saw some stuff about Dihexa potentially affecting c-MET expression, which could be a problem for cancer cells. I also read something about uncontrolled neurogenesis in lab studies. Definitely proceed with caution.

    Uh oh, GLP-1 access probs?

I heard a rumor that generic versions of Ozempic might arrive in Canada pretty soon. Apparently, someone forgot to pay a patent fee! Could be as early as next year.

    Uh oh, GLP-1 access probs?

The catch with these 'tariffs' is that they announce big numbers but then give out a ton of exceptions anyway.

    Down 95 pounds – It's a me!

That is an incredible weight loss! Amazing work. I'm working on getting there myself. I'm curious, what did a typical day of food look like for you? Did you incorporate any strength training, or mostly cardio?

Fitting into my old clothes again! 🎉

Graveyard shift boredom led me down a rabbit hole of old forum drama instead of scrolling social media. Way more entertaining honestly.
