Got supplies in December that sat on a Chinese shelf since April. They claim temperature controlled storage but I'm skeptical. Ever seen their warehouse photos? No. Just boxes on pallets in regular storage. Real cooling would triple our costs.

Back in August, I weighed about 215. This morning, I was 158. Definitely seeing progress. I'm at the gym almost every day and I'm constantly drinking water.

Paying out of pocket for sema now after switching from something else. Put on 5 pounds from that photo but holding steady.

I also like the idea of patches, like YukiWay suggested. My concern with topical absorption is consistency. I've seen on forums for hormone replacement that results vary. Hopefully doctors will adjust dosages as needed.
