    Give your body time to adjust. PCOS can slow things down at first. Protein and managing stress made a huge difference for me, plus keeping carbs reasonable.

    Can I dose tirz every 5 days?

    Just keep your dose the same. Tirzepat has a half-life around 5-6 days, and you need about 5 half-lives to fully clear - that's roughly 30 days. Same timing applies to reaching peak levels.
