    I've been finding what works for my body. Thanks for that resource. Additives definitely cause inflammation for me - rice powder flares my joints. Oxalates in things like legumes and sweet potatoes can be an issue too but pairing them with dairy like sour cream helps bind the oxalates.

    You look wonderful. What dose are you using? I have 22kg until my BMI hits normal range but mine's still in my fridge because my anxiety is blocking me from starting it. Pretty frustrating.

    I do outer glute and outer thigh for IM, and subq in stomach a couple inches from belly button, love handles, shoulders and glutes pretty much anywhere I can grab some fat.
