    Anyone else kinda like hunger?

    Noticed my finances improving since starting. Nights out, drinking, random shopping all decreased. I didn't force this either, stuff just stopped appealing. Anyone else catch this pattern?

    Clothes are fitting better!

    They might not realize you're being monitored. But commenting on your weight isn't their business anyway. Your doctor saying you're healthy should shut it down. Better fitting clothes really helped me too, people shifted from worried comments to compliments. Ninety pounds down is huge!

    Muscle Loss: A Serious GLP-1 Side Effect?

    The ipamorelin probably plays a role here. It builds muscle when you're training and can cause some water retention. Both of those things work against seeing fat loss on the scale, which is something I've noticed too.
