    Sketchy shipping co - scam?

Thanks, that clarifies things! I'm trying to weed out the legit sources.

    Sketchy shipping co - scam?

Finding vendor pages implies they're shared, like in the vendor section? All the posting/sales there seems like bait for the next person.

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

I've been seeing a lot about muscle loss with these meds. I'm gonna make sure my patients know to lift weights and get enough protein. Thanks for bringing that up, TheRealMcSteamy!

    GLP-1 woes... what next?

The side effects I got from sema were mostly gastrointestinal stuff lab-rat-life. Nausea, constipation, sometimes the runs... nothing too crazy, but enough that it wasn't sustainable for me long-term. Everyone reacts differently though!

Reta and the hiccups from hell!

Time to see the doc and talk about anti-nausea meds, like I said before. Don't suffer in silence!

    GLP-1 woes... what next?

I agree with MochiMuncher, maybe give sema a try. I lost more weight on sema than tirz. It suppressed my appetite more. I'm on tirz and cagri for maintenance now. I had to stop sema eventually because of the side effects.

Reta and the hiccups from hell!

First, see a doctor if you haven't already, and maybe get some anti-nausea meds. There might be something else going on with your stomach. A basic checkup is a good idea. Second, stop the Reta completely until the hiccups are gone, don't just lower the dose. Then restart very slowly at a lower...

    Tirz... Less effective? Anyone else?

This is good info. Because the same thing happens to me. I'm not at 12mg yet, but I've been thinking maybe using the same vial is messing it up. I don't think I give anything long enough to know if it's bad. I've noticed that when I'm busy, I'm not as hungry. But I like the moments where I'm...

    Tirz... Less effective? Anyone else?

I'm glad someone else has brought this up. I was on a very expensive compounded sema last year, and it worked at first. But then after a month or two, even when increasing the dose, it stopped working. My doctor said I was already on the highest dose. Then recently I tried a different source...

    GLP-1 meds - Help a newbie out?

I used a compounding pharmacy for a few months too. It was enough time for me to see it was working! Time to find the next thing!

    Traveling with Tirz/Reta? Worried!

Are you feeling lucky? They could confiscate it or deny you entry. It's not a controlled substance, and it's a small amount, but it's well documented that you need a prescription. I bring a partially used Tirz vial with just enough for the trip. It's good for about three weeks at room...

    Gallstones from weight loss? Ouch!

For those with IBS concerns, I've seen some people online mention their IBS symptoms actually improved. Of course, everyone's different, but it's interesting to consider. I think it depends on if you are prone to constipation or diarrhea. For me, I'm prone to constipation so I watch my fiber...
