    SLU-PP-332 reconstitution woes!

Reconstituting peptides can certainly be tricky. While DMSO can be used, it's crucial to minimize exposure. The suggestions of using a small amount of DMSO followed by a buffer like PBS are reasonable. Ensure the final DMSO concentration is as low as possible, ideally below 0.5%, to minimize...

    Hunger's Back?!

Unlikely that one slightly higher dose would cause this. Might be psychological. If it continues, see your doctor.

Acid reflux killing me on point .25!

Just to be clear for everyone, 2.5mg is often NOT considered a therapeutic dosage. But if it works for you, that's awesome! I have patients who can barely tolerate 5mg. Listen to your body!

    GLP-1 shot and vacay?

I'd advise you to stick to your scheduled dose day.

Acid reflux killing me on point .25!

A single Prilosec each morning, chased with a large glass of water. It's been a total game changer for me.

Brain still wants pie on Tirz?

I've read a lot about how important lifestyle changes are with these meds. It's not just a magic bullet. You gotta fix your diet and exercise too. I saw a guy on Reddit went from almost 400lbs to under 200 by changing his relationship with food, then used Ozempic to break through a plateau...

    Scale ain't budging - halp!

Adding to what others are saying about body recomposition: one thing I've found helpful is to take progress pictures every couple of weeks. The changes can be subtle, but when you compare photos from a month or two apart, it can be really motivating. The scale doesn't always tell the whole story!

Still got drive, but can't finish?!

What dose of Reta is your wife on? I'm considering it myself. I'm trying to lean out a little and have heard good things about how it works with TRT. I'm pushing 60.

Brain still wants pie on Tirz?

My first labs were the best in about 5 years. I run my own labs for around a hundred bucks; insurance would bill $700 and charge me $400.

Brain still wants pie on Tirz?

How long have you been on it, and how many different sources have you used? There's some bad stuff going around now and then. Try Reta and go up from there, maybe add 1mg of Sema. Reta changes your metabolism. I drive for 10+ hours a day, no cardio, and lift weights for 30 minutes a few times a...

    Scale ain't budging - halp!

The main thing is to get healthy and reduce fat, not just see a lower number on the scale. Have you considered that you might be gaining muscle mass and improving bone density while losing fat? A DEXA scan is the most precise way to measure this, but an easier way is to notice how your clothes...

Still got drive, but can't finish?!

This is what I'm worried about. I sometimes have that problem, but it seems to be when my estrogen levels are higher. Sometimes I'm good with a quick session, but other times it can last a long time, and still not happen.

    Loose skin party 🎉

Your loose skin looks way better than mine ever did. I'd be wearing a bikini all summer if mine looked like that. You look fantastic.

Smart Scale Upgrade - Worth it?

I just bought that exact one yesterday. The weight is the same as my accurate scale. Nothing fancy. I tried the body fat thing, it said 29%, which seems high. But I do have a bit of a gut, so maybe it's close. At least I can track it.

Crushed it! BMI back in the healthy range!

Plateaus are common. Don't get discouraged. Re-evaluate your diet, exercise, and sleep. Sometimes the body just needs a reset before it continues.
