    See any difference?

Face changes 30 lbs in are very visible to others before they register on yourself.

    Splitting my dose?

Splitting helps with tolerance - half one day, half three days later is what most try first. 750 calories is too low; 1200 with protein is the better floor for stable loss.

    My jeans now fit! 🎉

190 to 166 in two months and the victory pants fitting is the milestone that actually counts.

    Tirzepatide as a pill?

Yeah, that's not good. I'd rather stick with the shot and deal with manageable side effects. Rapid weight loss like that is usually water weight, not fat.

    Tirzepatide as a pill?

It'd be difficult to predict how much your body actually absorbs and it would likely be way less than a shot. I wouldn't take it. I have no interest in what's currently available. There's too much reliable research and user data with the shots to change now.

    Tirz powder storage Q's

not just mounjaro stuff i think. i lost 120 from gastric bypass before jumping on this and had the same brain-body disconnect after that weight came off.

    Electrolyte drink mix faves?

I reconstitute with 3ml BAC, draw 1.5ml into a pen, then add 3ml more BAC and 1.5ml to both the cartridge and vial. So basically 6ml water per 100mg. The extra dilution helps with the sting. Just switched from 8mm needles—always bent them. Trying 6mm next.

    180 gone--woot!

    Almost there! Need a boost!

Been on it since late March. The trick is patience—don't bump the dose until you really plateau. 10mg ended up being perfect for me. No side effects to speak of either.

Slow & Steady wins the race?

Hey TrueCrew, regarding your question about sustained effectiveness, I've been on the same med for over a year, and I've noticed that the effects do lessen over time. So, I make sure to work out a lot and eat clean to compensate. It is still helping, just not as much as in the beginning.

    Reta order taking forever?

I'm located in the US. I ordered on Saturday, got a tracking number the same night, and they said it usually takes about 5 days but could take up to 2 weeks max. The tracking hasn’t updated yet, so I'll reach out again if it's not moving by the end of the week.

    Reta order taking forever?

That's not been my experience at all. Unless it was right at the start of a big holiday, or they were out of stock. If they had it and it wasn't a holiday, that's a red flag for me. I usually see shipping notices within a few business days. Time to get here is a separate issue, that can take a...

Slow & Steady wins the race?

Slow progress club member here too! It's taken me 16 months to drop 55 pounds, going from 276 to 221. It's awesome to see other slow progress stories. Did you ever plateau? I sometimes lose only a pound a month, and other times it's 3-4. It's all over the place, but I recently tweaked my...

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

RequestATest.com makes it really easy to order legitimate labs and pay out of pocket. Others might chime in with cheaper alternatives, but Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics, which RequestATest uses, are undeniably the industry standards. I think I paid about $50 for a couple of tests recently and...

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

If you have any concerns about your cholesterol levels or potential cardiovascular issues, and you're interested in seeing how Tirz might affect those levels, then it's definitely a good idea to get a lipid panel done before starting and then again after a couple of months to see the change –...

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

HbA1c is a very common and useful baseline to get. It's a good indicator of where you stand in relation to pre-diabetes.

    Face Changes - Anyone else?

I saw someone who lost a LOT more weight talking about face gains. This poster lost around 105 pounds! They said it's hard to remember how far they've come sometimes. They are using 10mg of Mounjaro.
