    Tessamorelin rebound?

Visceral fat doesn't come back overnight. It takes weeks, or even months, depending on how poorly you eat, lol.

Gained all the weight back. Anyone else?

Unfortunately, that is very common. This is generally intended as a lifelong treatment. Hopefully, you can find a way to cover it out of pocket or consult your doctor about other treatments covered by your insurance that might be beneficial.

Gained all the weight back. Anyone else?

Please do not feel ashamed; it is related to biological processes, not a lack of self-control. ❤️

Pep Sterility Fails - Big Deal?

I think some people take testing too far. Sterility is one example. Our bodies can handle way worse. Just get a filter and good BAC water; it's cheaper than obsessively testing everything.

    Anyone tried PE-22-28?

Yeah, Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 seem to be a common combo. I've seen people mentioning improvements in joint pain, too.

    Reta stalled...now what?

Remember, tirzepatide isn't a magic fat burner. It only helps you lose weight by helping you create a calorie deficit. If you aren't in a calorie deficit, you will not lose weight.

    R50 or R60 recs?

Thanks! If anyone sees test results on the first two vendors mentioned, please share!

    Reta stalled...now what?

    1. Do you know your daily calorie deficit? 2. Are you measuring your waist? If not, why not?

    R50 or R60 recs?

Thanks, Bio_Loss, that's a pretty high price. I might just end up buying some and testing it myself.

    R50 or R60 recs?

Anyone know where I can find reliable sources for R50 or R60 kits with a certificate of analysis? All the suppliers I've found only seem to have the smaller dose vials like 10-30mg.
