I'm familiar with the Yale LISTEN Study, which has similar symptoms to Long COVID but also includes more cancer (especially colorectal), nerve damage, cardiac problems, and autoimmune issues. In studies, they've been using peptides like Thymosin-α1, Aviptadil, LL-37, Thymosin-β4 fragment (BPC-157/TB-500), and Selank/Semax.

The peptide SPIKENET is still in trials, but it looks promising. If it works, it'll stop the spike protein from attaching to ACE2 and CEACAM1, which would block the virus from entering cells and reduce inflammation, oxidative stress, edema, and death.
I've also seen good results in the lab with stuff like Ivermectin, Nattokinase, Bromelain, and Fermented Curcumin for both Long COVID and related syndromes.
There's a ton of money set aside for folks with these conditions, so there might be something similar for long COVID eventually. People enrolled in the studies are first in line for any compensation.
