    t68s only for me. bought in january and march, and the third-party testing came back solid. waiting on march batch to finish testing but looking very promising so far. they take cards and ship in 3-4 days. way more convenient than the drama with other vendors.

    Congratulations Meal_Fixed! I totally understand. Every Tuesday is shot day, and Mondays I'm super hungry and expect a big jump on the scale Wednesday. But it never happens. Maybe up half a pound, but then it goes back down after the shot.

    I'd include #6: Increase or decrease your dose GRADUALLY (0.25mg at a time) and only when you feel ready. Don't just follow the suggested schedule – especially that 1mg jump! Way too much! And when you're ready to lower your dose, do it the same way, 0.25mg at a time. SLOW is key!
