FDA cracking down on compound GLP-1s?

This scares me. I've struggled with my weight for decades, and now that I've found something helpful, the government might step in and take it away. I really hope not.

Reading about the FDA stuff makes me nervous. I've been thinking about trying some peptides for muscle growth, but then I read stuff about cancer risks... anyone else worried about this?

I feel you Bio_IMO. I've been looking into Ipamorelin and Mod GRF, but reading about potential long-term effects is giving me pause. Especially lately, I'm trying to be more careful about what I put into my body.

It's wise to be cautious. I worry a bit about topical finasteride absorption, even though it's supposed to be localized. I'm not sure how I feel about the reports of ED and depression even with topical application. Proceed with caution.

GLP-3PO is probably on a whiteboard somewhere. Reformulations to reset regulatory timelines are not unprecedented, but the FDA tends to close that loop eventually.

the regulatory capture argument isn't entirely wrong as a diagnosis but it doesn't fully explain the compounding enforcement pattern - the concerns about sterility and concentration accuracy in unregulated compounding operations are real independent of the pharmaceutical industry's financial interest in shutting down competition. both things can be true at the same time
