    Ozempic cheaper in Canada soon?

Same reaction as Wolf_Dad604. New options coming eventually is actually reassuring. Short term pricing pressure is real but the long arc seems to be toward more competition and better choices. 2028 feels far but these things sometimes move faster than expected.

Real food on 1.7mg - what do YOU eat?

Ultra running and sema working together is a useful data point - the run caloric requirement overrides the suppression enough that fueling stays functional. 250+ real food calories per hour plus electrolytes is the right model and seems to hold up.

Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

Four weeks of survo on the tirz before moving to cagri is enough to judge if the noise reduction is actually working.

    Meat and eggs gross now!?

Ugh, the egg thing is so true ATL_Lois. I used to live on eggs, and now the smell alone makes me want to run away. Have you heard of Ashley Koff? She's a dietitian who talks about nutrition while on GLP-1 meds. She mentioned a drink that's specifically for people like us, supposed to help with...

Ozempic: One year and feeling great!

Wow, this is an amazing thread! I've lost about 30 lbs total, 20 of those on semaglutide. It's been a complete game changer, especially since keto alone wasn't doing enough for me. Seriously, congratulations to everyone sharing their journeys!

Hey Real_Guy464 and dose-day-dread - have you noticed any changes in your vitamin levels? I've read some ppl experience deficiencies after significant weight loss, so I wanted to ask about your experiences.

    Down 65 lbs. Feeling Amazing!

Me too, actually! Pretty much the same numbers. My doctor just ordered bloodwork with vitamin levels to check for deficiencies. You might want to get yours checked too! I was low on B6, sodium, and protein.

Did you increase the dose every month, or did you ever stay on a dose longer than a month?

Down a bunch of weight... Now what?

Down a hundred pounds and *really* noticing it now. I'm trying to figure out what's loose skin and what's fat. I can kinda tell, but how much more do I need to lose before thinking about skin removal? Is this making sense?
