Thank you for this post. I'm about three months in, and I was good at planning at first, but I've fallen off, and the side effects are bad again, and weight loss has stopped. I'm not choosing well and feeding my body. This post is very well-timed.
I've been on Ozempic for 8 months and lost a hundred pounds! What's been key is working out 5 days a week. The medication is a tool, but you have to put in the work too!
That was me too, for a while. It's a journey!
I trust the janoshik testing on freezing tirz, but you should be careful acting like an expert.
That quote has a key word - *dryers*. Freeze drying involves a vacuum and drying the vial. That's why they use freeze dryers instead of regular freezers.
Why? Because "wet" freezing can hurt...
I agree, but many weight loss places tell you to freeze their "compounded" GLPs. They give you the first dose there and send you home with prefilled syringes (telling you to freeze them) so you'll keep coming back monthly $$$$.
Shape-Boss
I think you're fine, Shape-Boss. I sold some peptides a while ago and nobody said anything.
...and, I didn't get special treatment either 🤣
And by the way, Maintenance?! Congrats!!! 🎺🎺🎺 🔥🔥🔥🎉🎉🎉
When is the party?
You'll have to tell us more about maintenance.
