    2.5mg still working after months?

Date stamps on Chinese-sourced peptides are worth skepticism. What matters more is storage conditions and reconstitution date rather than the manufacture date alone.

Brain not catching up with weight loss?

I saw a post on Reddit where someone lost a lot of weight and said they were shocked to actually *like* their wedding pictures. That's the kind of confidence I dream of!

Brain not catching up with weight loss?

You look fantastic! Seriously! I get what you're saying. I've lost maybe 45 pounds, gone down a few sizes, but I don't *feel* any different, except for the clothes thing. I think part of it is that the weight came off pretty evenly. My shape is the same, just smaller. Plus, I've spent years...

Expired Pen? Keep it or toss it?

the impulse to try everything faded for me too. spent time on like seven or eight things, but the side effects made me rethink it. glp-1s are still my main thing, cycling a couple others on the side. knocked off the 'inject everything' phase real quick.

on wegovy for 11 months at 1.7 and wasn't losing much—maybe a kilo a month. tried 2.4 but felt sick. switched to mounjaro in february, did two weeks at 2.5 then four weeks at 5mg. last week I felt like I'd die—couldn't eat, throwing up, diarrhea all night. dropped to 2.5 for a week, felt...

First Ozempic dose - I'm stoked!

I wish I started building a routine of eating more protein *before* I even started the meds. It would have helped a lot with the initial side effects.

    Restarting GLP-1 after surgery?

Some people find that injecting into the outer thigh is okay, but the inner thigh can sometimes cause discomfort because there are more nerve endings there. Might be worth trying both and seeing what works best for you! Good luck!

    Restarting GLP-1 after surgery?

Congrats on your A1C and weight loss! Hopefully, since your diabetes was weight-related, you can maintain that A1C if you don't gain weight. You might want to drop down a dose for a month and then go back up, unless you're comfortable staying at a lower dose. Type 2s like us really need this...

Tirz vials - how much waste?

Yep, you're right, a 30mg vial has enough for 12 doses at 2.5mg each. A lot of people (including me!) have used vials/pens way longer than 30 days, but it depends on how much risk you're willing to take, plus good hygiene, and keeping it cold. If you go up in dosage, you'd technically use 4 x...

I only use one source for peps and never had a bad experience. They may be pricier than elsewhere, but it doesn't concern me because I don't use them often. FYI, they have discounts now.
