    Reta test = ZERO?!

Testing history across multiple lots is what matters. Single results are data; pattern of results is signal.

Brain catching up to new you?

The brain-body lag is real and doesn't resolve on a fixed schedule. The disconnect between what the body is and what the brain expects can persist for months after significant loss. Trying things on in a store without buying is a low-stakes way to get current data. Measurements update faster...

Started 2.5mg, no side effects. Working?

No side effects at 2.5 and appetite already down is a clean start. The absence of nausea doesn't mean it's not working - for some people the mechanism engages without the GI protest. If the dose is effective, staying until it genuinely plateaus gives cleaner data than moving up on schedule.

    So grateful for this journey!

Wow, that's amazing! I saw a post over on Reddit where someone lost a ton of weight using sema after struggling with weight gain due to thyroid issues. She said she went from a size 14 to a size 2! She also cut out gluten, dairy, and alcohol, worked out 4 days a week, and did intermittent...

Food noise is back - help!

I get that, Robin38. It's great when the food thoughts quiet down. Focus on the basics, like sleep and water intake. Those def affect my cravings.

Food noise is back - help!

This is a long-term thing, not a short sprint. Take it easy! You mentioned being ill recently; you might still be recovering. Stick with the last dose that you took. Give it some time to work.

    Reta on a plane?

Saw links to free needle disposal jugs on STG. Ordered one from the genetech site and it came with a travel case with an ice pack for free!

    Reta on a plane?

This comes up often. Did you try searching the archives?

    Reta kinda working? Still unsure...

True, and Reta may help preserve muscle while you lose. Guys on TRT often struggle with stubborn fat, so this could be a big deal.

    Reta kinda working? Still unsure...

The initial couple of months are a low dose to get used to the peptide. Too much, too fast, can lead to side effects, especially a faster heart rate. You're on a low dose. I haven't tried Reta yet, but my research suggests it's the best of the GLPs, so don't stress. I've heard it really starts...

    Scale's not everything!

I just had to get a new belt, since my jeans were slipping. Instead of trashing the old one, I'm putting it away as a reminder for moments like this!

    Scale's not everything!

I totally agree! You gotta take measurements! I didn’t know how much I had shrunk until I measured and compared it to my stats when I started.

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

I've been curious about Sermorelin. I'm on TRT with HCG and want to add it. What's a good protocol? I see doses from tiny to huge. Is there any info on this forum about peptide dosage?

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

What does DM stand for? Can you post the URL, PulseDonut36?

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

Are we able to talk about where to find peptides like PT-141? It's the only thing that has worked for me, and my usual source is gone. A lot of places want me to pay by electronic check, and I don't like that.

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

That's great to hear. I've been on it for a while now, and haven't seen that effect. Hoping it kicks in eventually.

Reta vial size? What works best?

I agree with PulseIRL, thinking about your future dosage is critical. There are calculators online, but it's pretty simple. Think about your maximum weekly dose, and choose a vial size that lets you use it up within a reasonable timeframe. I'm also conservative and try to finish vials within 60...

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

I was just saying we didn't know his details. I wasn't saying he was 5'4", I said *I* am 5'4". He could have been 4 feet tall. And none of that was even related to his actual question of whether Reta causes water weight loss.
